We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CRNA to join our collaborative anesthesia team at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital . This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking balanced practice, professional development support, and a welcoming community.

Cases: Dental, Endoscopies, Ear/Nose/Throat, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology, Major Vascular, Cardiology, and Pulmonary.

• Care Team Model: Medical Direction
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours on-site per week
• Available shifts options: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Annual weekly commitment: Flexible
