ProjectEngineering-ProductStandardization
WeareseekinganexperiencedProjectEngineertoleadastrategicinitiativefocusedonsimplifyingandstandardizingourcustomerofferings.TheProjectEngineerwilltranslatethesestandardizedsolutionsintoanexistingframeworkutilizedacrossmultipledepartments.Thisrolerequiresstrongcross-functionalcollaboration,technicalleadership,anddata-drivendecision-makinginacomplex,matrixedenvironment
KeyResponsibilities

Leadcross-functionaleffortsacrossengineering,operations,supplychain,andcommercialteamstogatherrequirementsanddriveprojectexecution.
Analyzecurrentproduct/serviceofferingstoidentifyredundanciesandopportunitiesforconsolidationandstandardization.
Establishgovernanceandcontrolstosustainstandardizedofferingsandpreventreintroductionofcomplexity.
