The hospital serves Newton, Boston, Watertown, Waltham, and Brighton, providing high-quality, compassionate care with a collaborative, experienced team and a committed client base. Schedule MondayFriday: 8:30 AM5:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM1:00 PM Role Responsibilities Lead and mentor veterinarians to achieve medical excellence Collaborate with practice managers and leadership to implement strategies and improvements Support staff development and foster a positive, high-performing culture Ensure exceptional patient care and client satisfaction Competitive base salary with production opportunities and no negative accrual. Annual full-time compensation typically ranges from $160,000$180,000, depending on experience and credentials, plus a Medical Director stipend.
