Title
Registered Nurse - Non-Critical Care

Schedule
Weekends: Every other weekend
RTO: Max 7 days per contract
RTO blackout: Spring Break Apr 4-12
Holiday expectation: If 1 major holiday falls in assignment - expected to work it; if 2 - work both; if 3 - expected to work 2

Requirements
- License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Skills: Cardiac telemetry & dysrhythmia recognition, management of cardiac/vasoactive drips (no titration) including milrinone, dobutamine, amiodarone, diltiazem, lidocaine, bumex, heparin; IV/peripheral/PICC/central line care; non-invasive oxygen therapies; ABG interpretation; basic wound/feeding/trach care

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for adult and geriatric patients in a telemetry and stepdown setting
- Monitor cardiac telemetry and recognize dysrhythmias
- Administer prescribed medications and manage cardiac/vasoactive drips
- Perform post-cardiac catheterization and post-MI care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Participate in rapid response/code teams as needed

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 36 hours (modules/non-billable hours vary by contract length)
- COVID-19 vaccine: Not required
- Flu vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
- Full compliance required to start on time; incomplete compliance may push start by ~2 weeks
