Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Certified Personal Trainer at Burn Boot Camp's Rockville, MD location. The Personal Trainer will lead high-energy 45-minute camp-style (group fitness) workouts and provide personalized fitness instruction to members. Responsibilities include coaching participants on proper form and technique, motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and empowering workout environment. The trainer will also provide basic nutrition guidance to complement training programs and contribute to fostering a positive gym community.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
- Experience leading group exercises such as Circuit Training and Fitness Classes
- Knowledge of Nutrition principles to support members' overall health goals
- Sports Coaching skills to inspire and motivate individuals of all fitness levels
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members
- Passion for fitness, health, and fostering a supportive community environment
- National certification in personal training or fitness instruction (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar)
- CPR/AED certification is required
- Must be available to work more than 2 shift/week and be on our Saturday and holiday rotation schedule
