Senior Accountant

Job Full Description

Express is looking for a reliable Senior Account for one of our great Ball Ground clients. The role will include:


Cash Receipts Management:

• Manage general ledger and month-end close
• Prepare financial statements for multiple LLCs
• Handle bank and credit card reconciliations.
• File multi-state sales tax
• Maintain lease schedules and fixed assets
• Support cash flow, budgeting and financial reporting
• Assist leadership with process improvements and strategic finance
• Investigate and resolve billing or payment discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 3-7 Years progressive accounting expereince
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in growing into a controller/CFO
