As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate professionally with visitors and personnel. You will report observations, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.34 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM Sun: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a government location. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor records, and direct individuals to appropriate locations in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken. Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
