Scrum MasterCincinnati, OH6+ months ContractRequired Skills: 3+ years of experience as a scrum master Experience in a data-oriented projectThe primary responsibilities and role for Scrum Master with Kroger Technology is to act as a leader and coach for the development team. They will educate the team in principles and practices to ensure Agile process is followed. The Scrum Master will eliminate impediments to allow team to focus on achieving goals committed. Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics and continuous improvement. Enable team to self-organize, self-manage & deliver via Lean-Agile practices. Support and reinforce the rules of Scrum or Kanban, built-in quality practices, WIP limits and all other process rules the team has agreed on. Foster collaboration and transparency between teams, internal and external. Facilitate team progress toward daily team and iteration goals in support of Client’s objectives and key results (OKR). Lead team efforts in relentless improvements through retrospectives and problem-solving techniques. Lastly, they will Foster a team culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship to constantly improve the quality of their deliverables.I’m really looking for someone with great communication skills, strong agile background, at least 3 years of Scrum Master experience. These teams do heavily deal with data, so having experience with data heavy teams is a plus, but not a requirement. I’m also trying to find someone local to Cincinnati if possible.
