The Miraval Event Support Colleague is an entry level position in Banquets & Events and supports the Events team through an array of assigned positions and tasks. A Support Colleague helps to bring the luxury spirit of Miraval to life with elevated service offerings and added special touches.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Fluently and effectively communicate with event leadership

• Ability to professionally speak with guests and assist with their needs

• Schedule positions within the Event Support Colleague role includes:

o Server Assistant $22/hr. (must be 16 years or older)

o Food Runner $22/hr.

o Coat Check $16/hr.

o Parking Lot Attendant $18/hr. (must be 16 years or older)

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and comfort in fast - paced, high - volume luxury environments.
• Ability to stand at length, lift and transport heavy items such as cases, and ice.
• Reliable, detail-oriented communication and teamwork skills.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
• No experience required - full training provided.
