The Video Production Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality video content for NASB events. This position involves managing various aspects of video production, from planning and execution to post-production. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video technology, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with partners and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Oversee NASB's social media video content. Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging video content for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).
• Event Support: Travel to NASB road shows and regional conventions. Set up video equipment and materials at event venues. Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth video production during live events.
• Video Production: Capture NASB events on video for training and promotional purposes. Ensure high-quality audio and video recording. Edit and produce video content as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of sound and lighting techniques for video production.
