- # Product Only SupervisorApplylocations: Oklahoma City, Oklahomatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR780* Provide supervision mentoring and organization for a team of colleagues responsible for setup of Product Only enrollments as well as coordinating efforts to ensure accuracy and timely set ups; implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure maximum productivity is achieved and established department goals are met.* Develop, maintain and standardize ETL processes required to extract, transform, cleanse and move data and metadata into target databases.* Ensures customer/vendor deliverables meet legal requirements for the proper handling of HIPAA protected information, oversees team production for the successful and accurate delivery of data files to employer customers and carriers.**Education & Certifications*** Bachelor’s Degree From Four-Year College or University* If commensurate experience is acceptable in lieu of specific education requirement, please describe: **Bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate experience in insurance field equivalent to five years working in sales/administration****Technical Skills & Requirements*** Proficiency with PC Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications* Strong technical and analytical skills* Diplomacy* Decision making skills* Ability to handle fast paced environment* Strong oral and written communications skills, including strong interpersonal skills* Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques* Knowledge of insurance products and industry* Knowledge of enrollment processes#AFC### Our Amenities**Our Home Office in Oklahoma City features numerous onsite amenities and our open work environment helps foster teamwork.
