Senior Member of Technical Staff

Members of Technical Staff at Anterior own problems end-to-end—from system design through to production. You’ll own the infrastructure that powers clinical decision‑making at scale. Responsibilities Scaling and hardening our AWS infrastructure to meet growing enterprise demand Analyzing request logs, debugging event streams, and improving system reliability Designing and building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power our AI platform Helping us migrate off CDKTF—if you’ve done this before, we want to talk to you Building internal tooling to automate workflows and increase team leverage Writing evaluations to identify weaknesses and drive improvements in our LLM‑powered systems Working across the stack when needed—from backend services to frontend—to ship complete solutions Contributing to Anterior's SDKs, developer documentation, and platform architecture Qualifications Deep experience in the infrastructure layer—scaling systems, managing cloud infrastructure, building reliable distributed architectures Designed and operated production infrastructure on AWS, not just used managed services On‑call experience and debugging production issues under pressure; designed for reliability Background from a platform/infra team at a large tech company, a DevOps‑heavy role at a scale‑up, or any environment with a serious AWS footprint Tech Stack Languages: Python / Go / TS, React (and HTMX if you can help!)
