Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, shaping the company's financial direction and long-term strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives and business decisions from a financial lens
- Own financial reporting and ensure the integrity of all financial statements
- Lead cash management, FP&A, and internal controls across the business
- Oversee all AP, AR, and payroll functions
- Manage banking relationships and capital structure
- Interface with banks, high-net-worth individuals, investors, and other key stakeholders
- Represent the company's financial story with professionalism and clarity
- Support fundraising, deal-making, and growth financing as needed
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong command of financial statements and reporting
- Experience in a high-growth or multi-unit business environment preferred — but exceptional talent will be considered
- Strategic thinker with the creativity to solve complex financial problems
- Polished communicator comfortable operating at the executive level
- Driven, ownership-oriented, and ready to go beyond a 9-to-5 mentality
