Day Shift – staffing grid calls for 1 charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNAs, 1 unit secretary

Night Shift – staffing grid calls for 1 charge, 10 RNs, 4 CNAs, 1 unit secretary

Patient Ratios – 1:6 on day shift, 1:7 on night shift

Type of equipment – Telemetry, PCA, wound vacs, Baxter IV pumps, TPN, tube feeds, urinary catheters

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Telemetry competency

Must be able to manage 6-7 patients depending on the shift.

Urology and bowel experience (that’s our two biggest patient populations)

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
