Product Designer

Product Designer responsible for designing and developing Traveler’s Choice travel products from concept through production, collaborating with product development and overseas factories. Responsibilities Create and refine travel gear across hard and soft luggage, backpacks, duffels, and related accessories Generate concept sketches, 2D designs, and visuals with Illustrator and Photoshop Assess
3D CAD
files, deliver actionable design feedback, and coordinate revision cycles with factories Evaluate prototypes and PP samples, surface issues, and verify alignment with quality and brand guidelines Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and global factories to confirm feasibility and production readiness Investigate trends, materials, hardware, and construction techniques in travel goods Support ongoing product improvements and innovative iterations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field At least three years designing travel gear such as bags or luggage Strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop Experience reviewing 3D CAD files and communicating revisions clearly; hands-on CAD modeling is a plus but not mandatory Solid grasp of materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing workflows Prefers experience collaborating with overseas factories Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools for concept development and visualization is a plus Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication Technologies Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop 3D CAD AI tools Benefits Opportunity to design products for a well established global travel brand Collaborative and fast paced product development environment Competitive compensation and benefits Long term growth opportunities within the Traveler’s Choice product team 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Compensation Salary: USD 65,000 - 100,000 per year Location Pomona, CA, onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr Traveler's ChoiceVacancy posted 4 days ago
