Full job descriptionAs our Front Desk Agent, you'll serve as the central point of contact for our guests throughout their stay. Amoray Dive Resort is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the heart of our guest experience in the stunning Florida Keys.Imagine greeting travelers as they arrive at their island getaway, the sparkling waters visible just beyond our lobby doors. As our Front Desk Agent, you'll be the friendly face that sets the tone for our guests' entire stay. You won't just be checking people in you'll be the ambassador of our resort, the local expert who helps visitors discover hidden gems, and the problem-solver who ensures every vacation moment is perfect from arrival to departure.Working at Amoray Dive Resort means becoming part of a close-knit family that values your contributions and recognizes that our team members are the heart of our success.
