Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM/EPBCS Lead with EDM experience to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Cloud project experience leading Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), and EDM (Enterprise Data Management). It is critical to understand how to align key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success and deliver comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization. As a key member of our talented Cloud team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan, and implement Cloud solutions in a commercial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire Cloud application services implementation life cycle
• Lead design workshops, aligning Cloud functionality with client-specific requirements
• Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Write business requirement documents such as reports, interfaces, requisition templates, item data conversions, and workflows
• Support clients with validation scripts and testing scenarios
• Oversee configuration and data validation during CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles
• Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to production
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

Qualifications:

Must have a solid understanding and work experience as a Functional Lead with the following:

• Experienced with 5 years in a Functional Lead role
• Ideal candidate has completed two end-to-end Cloud implementations with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud EPM/EPBCS with EDM experience, leading other functional resources through a full life cycle project
• Commercial experience required
• Oracle Cloud EDM (Enterprise Data Management) experience is required
• Travel to client sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
• Must already be living in the US
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• All work to be performed in the US
