About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the commercial function and drive the growth of its healthcare technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing seven-figure enterprise deals, building a repeatable sales motion, and hiring and designing the commercial team. This role requires a hands-on approach, including personal involvement in the sales process and the ability to educate the market on the company's value proposition. The CCO will also be tasked with running the operating cadence, including weekly pipeline, monthly forecast, and quarterly board meetings, and must be adept at Salesforce discipline. Candidates for the Chief Commercial Officer position at the company must have a proven track record in building a commercial function from the ground up, with a focus on B2B SaaS or health tech. Essential experience includes carrying and hitting a direct quota on enterprise deals with large health systems, managing through at least one layer, and having a strong background in the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach, with a builder temperament, and possess the grit to navigate through challenges. A data-driven approach to sales and the ability to operate independently while maintaining a strong partnership with the CEO are also key attributes.
