This hands-on program is designed to prep you for leading a standalone store or overseeing rentals and operations at the airport. Your Day-to-Day Adventures Collaborate with managers to support rental agency operations and oversee day-to-day activities. Monitor operational departments to ensure smooth, efficient processes. Track fleet and inventory flow to meet customer demand and keep reservations on track. Manage the counter system: open/close rental contracts, adjust details, print manifests, and more. Assist with daily inventory, using both hands-on and digital methods. Promote add-ons to boost sales (e.g., extra insurance, GPS, or vehicle upgrades). Handle opening and closing routines, including security protocols. Support office needs: answer calls, order supplies, and respond to everyday questions. Prepare reports and document daily wins to keep teams informed. Assist customers with questions about charges, vehicle issues, or directions with a positive attitude. Foster collaboration across locations and teams as needed. Participate in coaching and mentoring to develop team skills and motivation.
