About the Role

We're seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead campaign strategy and customer acquisition. This mid-level role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, building programs that grow pipeline and keep customers engaged. You'll own multi-channel campaigns, manage lifecycle marketing, work with agency partners, and use data and testing to keep improving results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns that grow pipeline
\n
• Manage paid, organic, email, and partner channels
\n
• Build lifecycle and nurture programs for key customer segments
\n
• Run ongoing tests to improve conversion rates and acquisition costs
\n
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on lead management and lead quality
\n
• Track and report on performance, ROI, and funnel metrics
\n
• Manage agency and vendor partners and the marketing technology stack
\n
• Find ways to use AI and automation to work more efficiently
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 3–5 years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field, with ownership of lead or pipeline goals
\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
\n

Required Skills

\n
• Hands-on experience with major ad platforms and marketing automation or CRM tools
\n
• Strong grasp of funnel metrics, attribution, and lifecycle marketing
\n
• Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into decisions
\n
• Clear writing and communication skills, including campaign copy
\n
• Strong project management and cross-functional partnership skills
\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
\n

Pay range and compensation package

\n
• Location: South Florida (preferred)
\n
• Compensation Range: $100,000–$125,000 + 10% bonus
\n
