About the Opportunity We're looking for a motivated, creative, and resourceful Growth Marketing Intern to help expand Sublime Digital's brand presence and generate new business opportunities. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a growing digital marketing agency attracts clients through LinkedIn, social selling, content marketing, prospect research, and outbound lead generation. You’ll work directly with agency leadership to develop marketing campaigns, research potential customers, create engaging content, and contribute to strategies that generate qualified sales opportunities. We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, comfortable communicating with people, and excited about digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and business development. Key Responsibilities Social Selling & LinkedIn Marketing Help develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies for Sublime Digital and agency leadership. Research relevant businesses, marketing leaders, founders, and decision-makers. Assist with personalized LinkedIn outreach and relationship-building campaigns. Identify relevant conversations and opportunities to engage with prospective clients. Monitor engagement and track opportunities generated through social selling. Lead Generation & Business Development Research companies that may benefit from Sublime Digital's services. Build and maintain organized lists of prospective clients and key contacts. Identify potential leads across healthcare, professional services, and other target industries. Assist in developing personalized outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns. Track outreach activity, responses, qualified leads, and meetings in our CRM. Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for new business. Content Marketing & Brand Development Assist in developing weekly LinkedIn content calendars. Turn agency expertise, case studies, and campaign results into compelling content. Draft LinkedIn posts, educational content, and thought-leadership pieces. Help brainstorm short-form video ideas, graphics, and social media campaigns. Repurpose existing content across multiple marketing channels. Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement. Growth Marketing & Reporting Research new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities. Track LinkedIn impressions, engagement, prospect activity, and lead generation metrics. Assist with marketing experiments and campaign optimization. Prepare weekly updates on marketing activities and results. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field, or possessing equivalent relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in digital marketing, social media, sales, and business development. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable conducting research and learning new software tools. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take initiative. Bonus Qualifications Experience with LinkedIn content creation or prospecting. Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms. Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, or AI-assisted marketing tools. Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or digital advertising. Experience creating short-form video or social media content. Previous internship, sales, entrepreneurship, or business development experience.
