Senior Operations Manager

To lead complex initiatives across Engineering, Product, and Design teams, the full-time remote Senior Operations Manager will orchestrate collaboration, ensure accountability, and drive disciplined execution of strategic plans while maintaining visibility of risks and dependencies. Key responsibilities Provide operational rigor for integrated EPD launch plans, aligning multiple teams on milestones and deliverables Maintain a high-confidence view of status, risks, and decisions across workstreams, driving resolution when plans drift Facilitate cross-functional leadership discussions on planning and resource trade-offs, ensuring alignment and accountability Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in product/technical program management, product management, or related fields Demonstrated experience in owning cross-team execution on technically complex, multi-team initiatives Strong understanding of Engineering, Product, and Design organizations, including roadmap planning and dependencies Ability to define and report against quantitative goals, OKRs, and metrics Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high emotional intelligence across functions
