Physical Therapist - PRN

Overview Location: Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living We are looking for a Physical Therapist on a PRN basis — ideally 1 to 2 weekdays per week in a skilled nursing setting. Compensation: $50 hourly Responsibilities Provide resident-centered physical therapy within a continuing care community. Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines. Support residents’ physical, emotional, and clinical needs and contribute to their sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure residents\' needs are addressed throughout their care. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements. Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
