We’re seeking an organized, dependable Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. What You’ll Do Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Review and verify invoices for accuracy. Complete bank reconciliations and research discrepancies. Assist with journal entries, accruals, and financial recordkeeping. Support job costing and expense tracking. Process expense reports and mileage reimbursements. Retrieve monthly bank statements and prepare quarterly compliance letters. Answer calls for the Controller and Accounts Payable. Track key distributions and distribute interoffice mail twice daily. What You’ll Need An accounting certificate or associate degree in Accounting is required. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
