We are seeking a reliable and motivated Staffing Support Associate to assist with daily operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring adequate staffing coverage across shifts and supporting recruiting efforts to meet production demands.

This company is the largest full-service distributor of hardcover, trade and paperback books.

Bilingual Account Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:00pm)

• Assist with daily associate check-in for day and swing shifts.
• Monitor attendance and ensure proper staffing levels are met
• Support recruiting efforts, including sourcing and onboarding candidates
• Help ensure the client has enough associates to meet production and project goal.

Bilingual Account Manager Qualifications:

• Strong communications and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Must have reliable transportation
• Bilingual
