About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a high-performing technology team supporting enterprise applications within a large financial services environment. This role will focus on designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining business-critical applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with .NET development, Angular, and modern microservices-based architectures. This is a hands‑on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise software applications.
- Build and support scalable microservices and API-driven solutions.
- Develop user-facing applications using Angular and modern web technologies.
- Create, test, and deploy new application features and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system performance issues.
- Perform system analysis, debugging, and code optimization.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Develop technical documentation, reports, and implementation plans.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with:
- C#.NET
- ASP.NET Core
- Angular
- Entity Framework
- Microservices Architecture
- Experience building, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Docker containers.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Harness.
- Experience with integration testing and unit testing.
- Experience working with MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
