What You'll Do As a Senior Community Caregiver, you'll help residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their day. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement Assisting with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning Supporting meals, hydration, and daily routines Providing light housekeeping and maintaining a comfortable environment Following each resident’s individual preferences and care needs Providing compassionate, respectful, and dependable support AM, Day & 12-Hour Shifts Available We're currently hiring caregivers for morning, daytime, and 12-hour shifts , with options to fit different schedules. 8-hour AM shifts: 6:00 AM-1:00 PM or 7:00 AM-2:00 PM 12-hour day shifts: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM 12-hour overnight shifts: 8:00 PM-8:00 AM Monday-Friday: Consistent AM shift opportunities Weekends: Every other weekend availability required Availability: Open availability on at least 4 days per week Immediate openings: Start soon and make a difference right away! Pay & Benefits $18.00 per hour Paid training Bi-weekly pay Paid Time Off (eligibility requirements apply) Health benefits (eligibility requirements apply) Employee referral bonus program What We're Looking For 18 years of age or older At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience Experience in home care, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing home, or similar settings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to pass required background screenings Nursing students are encouraged to apply!
