Oaklawn Hospital is seeking a general Orthopedic Surgeon to practice at Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, MI!

DETAILS :

\n

\n
• Succession planning for upcoming retirement (within 1 to 1-1/2 yrs) 
\n
• Hospital employed position; full time; 36 clinical + 4 admin hours/week
\n
• Team consists of 3 Ortho docs, 3 Ortho APPs + 1 additional Ortho APP who works at a nearby Oaklawn Express Care (also receiving ortho appts and ortho walk-ins).  Plus, Site Manager, and support staff
\n
• CALL:  7 to 8 shifts/month (to include 1 weekend/month).  Also utilizing a local independent covering 1 weekend per month
\n
• EMR: Athena (clinic), Cerner (hospital)
\n

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

• Competitive guaranteed base salary for 2 years + other performance bonuses
\n
• Contract Terms: 2 years, auto-renews thereafter
\n
• Commencement Bonus/Loan: Paid w/in 5 weeks of start & forgiven over specific time
\n
• Moving allowance: Reimbursed w/ receipts via IRS guidelines
\n
• Student Debt Allowance: Negotiable
\n
• PTO: 30 days front loaded every January
\n
• CME: Annual allowance + Time Away
\n
