Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Silverton, OR

Multiple full-time contract roles are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists who are ready to make a difference during the 2026-2027 school year. These roles are essential for providing individualized and group therapy, assessments, and expert support to children ages 3-5 within early childhood educational settings.


Key Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly valued
• Strong background in schools, healthcare, pediatrics, or teletherapy settings is a plus
• Proficient collaboration and communication skills, with a dedication to early childhood development
• SLPA experience with schools or healthcare settings also welcomed

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool-aged children
• Provide both individual and small-group therapy to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams, families, and teachers to develop and implement effective intervention plans
• Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings to ensure cohesive support strategies
• Engage in professional development and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment

• Focus exclusively on preschool learners during a pivotal developmental period
• Benefit from a structured 190-day school-year contract (August 21, 2026 - June 9, 2027)

• Compensation ranges from $50 to $56 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
