This role helps prevent defects, supports production teams, and ensures only high-quality products are released to customers.What Makes You A Great FitAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.Ability to identify product defects, dimensional variances, and nonconforming conditions.Ability to accurately document inspection results, maintain quality records, and complete required quality documentation.Ability to communicate inspection findings and quality issues effectively with production personnel and management.High school diploma or GED requiredTwo (2) or more years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with ERP or quality management software is a plusPreferred Qualifications Technical training or an associate degree in manufacturing, quality, engineering technology, or a related field preferredSQ Certified, Quality Inspector (CQI), or other relevant quality certificationExperience in fabricated metal manufacturing, machining, welding, or other precision manufacturing environmentsExperience supporting ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 certification, customer audits or a similar regulated manufacturing environmentEngineered Fabrication Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
