Youll be involved in every aspect of operations as we rapidly expand across Los Angeles and beyond!/ph3About the Role/h3pWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support and maintain company-wide health, safety, and compliance programs across multiple operational sites. This role will work closely with the HR Generalist and Operations teams to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, workers compensation procedures, workplace safety initiatives, and drug testing programs./ppThe ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and experienced in safety coordination within warehouse, fleet, transportation, or logistics environments./ph3What Youll Do/h3pSupport and maintain company health safety programs/ppEnsure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and workplace safety regulations/ppConduct routine site safety inspections/ppAssist with incident investigations and corrective action plans/ppMaintain safety records, logs, and required compliance documentation/ppCoordinate and track employee safety trainings and certifications/ppManage workers compensation claims and documentation/ppCoordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and employees throughout the claims process/ppConduct safety audits related to workers compensation claims and return-to-work programs/ppMonitor injury trends and recommend preventative safety measures/ppCoordinate TrustLine applications and Live Scan fingerprinting processes as needed/ppServe as onsite collector for drug testing as needed/ppMaintain confidential testing records and compliance procedures/ppEnsure all testing supplies and procedures are properly maintained/ppPerform regular safety audits/ppIdentify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions/ppAssist with implementing and enforcing company safety policies and procedures/ppConduct follow-up inspections to ensure compliance improvements are completed/ppSupport relationships with workers compensation, drug testing, and safety vendors/ppCoordinate scheduling and communication with third-party providers/ppAssist with maintaining service agreements and compliance records/ph3What Youll Bring to the Table/h3p2+ years of experience in Environmental Health Safety, HR compliance, workers compensation, or a related field/ppKnowledge of OSHA and California workplace safety regulations/ppExperience managing workers compensation claims preferred/ppExperience coordinating drug alcohol testing programs preferred/ppStrong organizational and communication skills/ppProficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace/ppAbility to handle confidential information professionally/ph3Bonus Points For/h3pExperience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or fleet operations/ppOSHA certification or safety-related certification preferred/ph3Physical Requirements/h3pAbility to walk garage depot floors and conduct onsite inspections/ppAbility to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally/ph3Benefits/h3pMedical, dental, and vision insurance/ppPaid time off and company holidays/ppCareer growth opportunities within a fast-growing fleet operations company/pp8Fleet is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
