Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the embossing and card manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Shoreview, MN
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: First Shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday)
Second Shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday)
What's the Job?
- Operate embossing production machines to produce credit, debit, and prepaid cards
- Set up, run, and tear down embossing equipment efficiently and accurately
- Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure high standards
- Verify that printed cards and mailers are clear, presentable, and meet client specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machines at the end of each shift
What's Needed?
- HS/GED Completion
- Experience using a computer for data entry and process documentation
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to stand for 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds
- Physical ability to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend frequently
