Client Relationship Manager

Job Title:Client Relationship Manager - E-470 ITIV Account

Duration: Long Term

Location:Aurora, CO( Must be based in Colorado. First preference: Denver / Boulder / Colorado Springs metro area. Any Colorado location satisfies the local-presence requirement.)

Required Qualifications

Based in Colorado - Denver, Boulder, or Colorado Springs metro strongly preferred; any Colorado location is acceptable per the JD
5+ years of experience in IT account management, client relationship management, or IT program/engagement management, ideally within a professional-services or systems-integration firm.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-service-line client accounts (i.e., comfortable overseeing several concurrent technical workstreams, not just a single specialty).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to produce executive-level status reporting and briefings.
Ability to travel to E-470 Public Highway Authority headquarters (22470 E. Stephen D. Hogan Parkway, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80018) as needed for meetings, interviews, and relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with public sector / SLED (State, Local, and Education) government clients, ideally in Colorado.
Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, APM) - Technogen's anchor capability for this account.
PMP, ITIL, or equivalent program/service management certification.
Experience working within Firm-Fixed-Price and Time-and-Materials federal, state, or local government contract structures.
Familiarity with IDIQ / multiple-award vendor pool contract vehicles similar to E-470's ITIV Pool structure.
