Position Summary: Responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of small to mid-size residential and light commercial construction projects. Oversees estimating support, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, client communication, and field execution to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to scope.

Core Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different phases (pre-construction, active construction, closeout); Coordinate daily activities between owner, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients; Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Estimating & Pre-Construction Support: Assist in scope development and project takeoffs; Solicit and coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing; Support proposal and budget development,
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules; Sequence trades to avoid conflicts and delays; Monitor schedule adherence and adjust as needed.
• Subcontractor Management: Source, vet, and coordinate subcontractors; Communicate scope, expectations, and timelines ● Ensure work quality and adherence to scope.
• Procurement: Coordinate ordering of materials and equipment; Track lead times and ensure timely delivery; Resolve supply or logistics issues.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as point of contact for clients during project execution; Provide updates on progress, schedule, and issues; Manage expectations and resolve concerns.
• Field Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality; Verify work aligns with plans, scope, and standards; Coordinate with trades to resolve field issues.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project files, drawings, and documentation; Track change orders and scope modifications; Ensure compliance with local codes and project requirements.
• Closeout: Punch list development and completion tracking; Ensure project completion and client satisfaction; Organize final documentation and turnover.
• Required Skills: Experience in project coordination and management across multiple concurrent projects; Strong communication with clients and subcontractors; Working knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and trade coordination; Ability to read construction drawings, specifications and scopes of work; Problem-solving in fast-moving environments; Strong organizational skills and document control management; Valid Driver's License; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
• Preferred Qualifications; Background in construction management, engineering, or architecture; Experience in residential or light commercial construction; Familiarity with estimating, takeoffs, and scheduling tools; Proficiency with construction software such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
• Work Environment: Small company; Mix of office work and field/site visits; Direct interaction with company owner and clients.
