Compensation Competitive salary with commission based on experience and performance Monthly performance incentives (Spiffs) Excellent earning potential Ongoing manufacturer training and professional development What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Flexible scheduling Career advancement opportunities Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates State-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility Stable customer base with consistent repair volume Supportive management team committed to your success Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle age, mileage, and manufacturer recommendations Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts Communicate repair progress and completion updates throughout the repair process Review repair orders for accuracy before vehicle delivery Explain completed repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient repairs Utilize digital vehicle inspections, photos, and videos to communicate repair needs Maintain Ford training requirements and product knowledge Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and department performance goals Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Service Manager preferred Ford dealership experience strongly preferred CDK Drive experience preferred but not required Experience with digital multipoint inspections and video communication is a plus Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Why Dick Smith Ford?
