Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Completion of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to support clients in their mental health journeys.

• Organizational acumen and time-management skills to manage caseloads efficiently while meeting administrative requirements.

• A clean disciplinary record with the state licensing board.
