Responsibilities
- Develop and advance AI/ML methods connecting pathology images with molecular and spatial data
- Create interpretable computational approaches to study tissue organization and disease-relevant patterns
- Integrate multimodal datasets to support biomarker discovery and hypothesis generation
- Collaborate with data science, pathology, biology, and translational research teams
- Communicate research findings through publications and cross-functional discussions
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related quantitative discipline
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
- Experience with computer vision, representation learning, or multimodal modeling
- Demonstrated research productivity through publications or conference presentations
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of transcriptomics, spatial biology, or tumor microenvironment biology
Compensation: $82,000-$92,000 base
