Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) (Seasonal) Work Location: South Seattle, WA 98409 Overview: 2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-timeseasonalMeta Sales Specialist Floaters! Pay: $25 per hour+SeasonalCompletion Bonus* Schedule: Friday to Sunday Availability Required;6 hours guaranteed per week, on-call coverage;weekly hours will vary Location: Retailers withinapproximately a60-mile radius of the market center Hours: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm Dates: Now- 1/3/27 Holiday Schedule: Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.

• Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.
• Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors.

Comfortable engaging with customers,demonstratingproducts, and confidently asking for the sale Customer-first experience mindset Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts. Smartphonerequired: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp,lift upto 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
