We are seeking a committed and passionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dynamic team at Comfort Care Medical Health Care Group. This full-time, remote position allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking recovery in a supportive detox center setting. With a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, you will find both rewards and fulfillment in your professional journey here.

About the Organization\n

At Comfort Care Medical Health Care Group, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients, breaking down the barriers between behavioral health and primary care. Our team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where clinical experts unite to deliver high-quality care. We believe in holistic approaches that prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of our clients. Our comprehensive benefits package demonstrates our commitment to our team members just as much as to our clients.

Work Environment\n

Your role will primarily take place in a remote format, enhancing our clients’ access to comprehensive detoxification support. Our facility operates as a detox center that caters to individuals in need of substance use treatment. You will work with a diverse patient base, each of whom presents unique challenges and histories related to their substance use. This setting not only supports your clinical skills but also emphasizes the importance of compassionate care in fostering recovery.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

\n
    \n
  • Conducting initial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and backgrounds.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, actively participating in meetings to enhance the overall treatment strategy for every client.
  • \n
  • Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical assessments and feedback.
  • \n
  • Providing case management by liaising with other professionals and resources, including schools and community services, to ensure continued support.
  • \n
  • Empowering clients by applying effective counseling techniques, enabling them to navigate their challenges successfully and inspire them to achieve their personal recovery goals.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification, encompassing a range of age groups and backgrounds. Many clients will face complex issues related to substance use, mental health disorders, or both. A fundamental aspect of your role will be to provide empathetic support, understand their unique experiences, and adapt your therapeutic approach to best meet their needs in a culturally competent manner.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • A valid LICSW license, confirming your ability to practice independently in the state of Washington.
  • \n
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a solid foundation in social work theories and practices.
  • \n
  • Strong verbal communication skills to effectively counsel clients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • \n
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for constructing and adapting effective treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Exceptional coaching and mentorship abilities to facilitate clients’ positive changes in their lives.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of relevant experience, we highly prefer candidates who have 3-5 years of direct clinical experience in the field of social work, particularly in substance use treatment or mental health. Experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting is a significant asset, contributing to your understanding of the complexities involved in alcohol and drug recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000–$105,000 annually. Additional benefits include:

\n
    \n
  • Flexible working hours, enhancing your work-life balance.
  • \n
  • Four weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) to recharge and attend to personal matters.
  • \n
• Profit-sharing options, allowing team members to benefit from the organization's success.
  • \n
  • Comprehensive vision insurance and additional health benefits aimed at ensuring your well-being.
  • \n
