ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

Master signal characteristics and uncover vital patterns of life across mission-critical targets! In this role, you will dig deep into complex signal environments to characterize, model, and map RF signals and target behaviors. You won't just look at basic telemetry—you’ll perform granular waveform and bitstream analysis, model target patterns of life, and untangle high-priority collections across FORNSAT and specialized intelligence disciplines. If you thrive on tearing apart complex signal structures, defining intricate signal parameters, and turning complex RF data into actionable mission insights, you’ll fit right in with Team Nyla.

The annual base salary range for this role is $116,000-$137,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

• RF Signal Analysis: Strong technical background analyzing Radio Frequency (RF) signals, signal characteristics, and propagation behavior.

• Waveform Bitstream Analysis: Hands-on experience performing bit-level, frame, and waveform analysis on complex digital communications or telemetry streams.

• Signal Parameterization Modeling: Demonstrated ability to define signal parameters, model content structures, and perform target behavior/pattern of life analysis.

• Multi-INT Domain Knowledge: Experience supporting one or more specialized signals disciplines (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA).

• Target Development: Practical experience conducting technical target development and signal identification across high-priority target sets.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 4+ years of professional experience in signals analysis or technical intelligence OR Associate’s Degree in a technical field PLUS 6+ years of relevant experience (inclusive of military signals training/degree programs like MCSAP, MESAP, or MOSAP OR High School Diploma / GED , PLUS 8+ years of specialized hands-on signals analysis experience in lieu of a degree.

FORNSAT Expertise: Prior experience evaluating foreign satellite (FORNSAT) collections and processing satellite communication protocols.

Telemetry Foreign Instrumentation: Specialized experience analyzing FISINT, telemetry data streams, or complex guided weapon telemetry.

Scripting for Signals: Familiarity using Python, MATLAB, or C++ to write custom signal processing scripts, automated decoders, or measurement routines.

Advanced Processing Tools: Proficiency with specialized signals analysis suites and digital signal processing (DSP) toolsets.
