3PL Analytics and Inventory Management Supervisor

Baxter seeks a Logistics Supervisor to oversee third-party logistics warehouse operations in Fort Worth, Texas. The role manages supplier relationships, optimizes supply chain workflows, and serves as the primary liaison between Baxter and 3PL operations onsite.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day 3PL warehouse operations and escalation protocols onsite
- Monitor KPIs and inventory accuracy; conduct cycle counts and audits
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service and profitability
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with order management, planning, and cross-functional teams on fulfillment goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, or related field
- 5–7 years of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience
- Strong data analysis and business acumen across inventory and KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies
- Project management and problem-solving expertise
- Negotiation skills and ability to drive operational improvements
Compensation: $72,000–$91,000 base annually
