Job Description We are seeking a highlyskilled and detail-oriented Radiology Tech to join our team. Asa Radiology Tech, you will be responsible for producinghigh-quality diagnostic images and providing exceptionalpatient care. Responsibilities Produce high-qualitydiagnostic images using various imagingmodalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound Preparepatients for imaging procedures, including explainingprocedures, positioning patients, and maintainingpatient safety Operate and maintainimaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety Collaborate withradiologists and other healthcare professionals toensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care Maintain accurate anddetailed records of patient imaging procedures and results Participate inquality improvement initiatives to enhance patientcare and safety Provide exceptionalpatient care, including addressing patientconcerns and providing emotional support Requirements Education Associate's degreein RadiologyTechnology or related field Completion of aradiology technology program accredited bythe Joint Review Committee on Education inRadiologic Technology (JRCERT) Experience: 1-2 years ofexperience as a Radiology Tech in a hospitalor imaging center setting Experiencewith various imaging modalities, includingX-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound Skills: Strongunderstanding of radiology technology and imaging principles Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention todetail and ability to maintain accurate records Commitment todelivering exceptional patient care and safety Certifications/Licenses: ARRT (AmericanRegistry of Radiologic Technologists)certification in Radiography (R) Current statelicense as a Radiology Tech (if required) Benefits Flexible work scheduling Relocation assistance Tuition: Fully funded bachelor's and master's degrees Work in your preferred setting: Academic Level 1 trauma center/ Community Hospital/ Pediatric Hospital/ Ambulatory and Specialty Clinics Enhanced Differential pay Shifts 8, 10, 12 hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumera Healthcare Group
