ED Patient & Family Experience Liaison

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an ED Patient Family Liaison at Winchester Hospital to enhance the patient and family experience in the Emergency Department. This customer-facing role greets patients, assists with pre-registration, and communicates wait times. The liaison escorts patients, supports a welcoming environment, and collaborates with staff to improve flow.
