Senior Real Assets VP — Lead Real Estate Investments

Hamilton Lane seeks a Vice President, Real Assets to lead real estate investments across primary funds, co‑investments, and joint ventures. You will drive due diligence, develop detailed financial models, and oversee negotiations and closings while maintaining client and manager relationships.
You will mentor junior staff, represent Hamilton Lane at industry events, and collaborate with solutions teams to deliver high‑quality client service. Up to 25% travel domestically is required.
