Available Shifts: Day Shift:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening Shift:

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Overnight Shift:

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $19.00 – $23.40 per hour

What You'll Do – Make a Difference Every Day!

As a CNA, you'll play an essential role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for.

Your Responsibilities Include: Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff.

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation using appropriate safety procedures and equipment.

Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily needs.

Monitor and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other assigned care information.

Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents' needs with patience and compassion.

Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to licensed nursing staff.

Assist residents with activities, appointments, and social programs.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment while following infection control guidelines.

Collaborate with nurses and fellow CNAs to provide high-quality, resident-centered care.

Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.

What We're Looking For

Active Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing – REQUIRED.

Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred.

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently while following nursing direction and established care plans.

Ability to perform the physical responsibilities of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

A positive attitude and genuine passion for caring for others!
