Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst for a 2-year duration focusing on a key project to transform our code creation process. This role resides within the Data Center of Excellence group and the ideal candidate will have an understanding of product master data management, working knowledge of SAP, and the ability to work cross functionally with business partners and IT.The successful candidate will have the ability to manage product data between multiple systems. Tasks include:Manage the product code creation, routing, approval, and activation processes for an assigned brand or category within the L’Oreal product catalogCoordinate, validate, and execute mass data updates and loads using various tools in DPM, Elixpedia, and SAP for all divisionsMonitor, analyze, and resolve data quality issues in a timely mannerAssist in the CoE’s Supply Chain Catalog Management (SCCM) process, including incident routing and escalationAssist with data quality projects as needed, as well as other routine tasksWhat We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:Must have:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fieldAbility to work cross-functionally with various departments and functions within the organization, including IT, marketing, transportation, brand management, finance, and packagingOrganized and able to work on several tasksMinimum 1-3 years of relevant business experienceProficient on Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel, organization
