We're looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to support our Office Manager at a well-established construction company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in office administration. No construction office experience is necessary, and we are willing to train the right person!

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting the Office Manager with daily office operations
• Helping with payroll processing and job costing
• Learning to use QuickBooks
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Assisting with scheduling and coordinating office tasks
• Filing, data entry, and keeping records organized
• Providing administrative support to our project management team

What We're Looking For

• Little to no office experience required
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to learn new programs and procedures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Construction office or QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
