Position Summary:
The Gabriel Archer Tavern is seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Dishwasher to support our fast-paced, full-service restaurant. This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall kitchen efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes, glassware, and utensils into dish machine
• Wash and properly sanitize all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, and utensils
• Maintain and clean dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper operation at all times
• Unload and organize clean items into designated storage areas
• Empty trash and recycling regularly and maintain waste areas
• Keep dish area and kitchen floors clean, safe, and organized (including sweeping and mopping)
• Clean and sanitize food prep stations and kitchen equipment as needed
• Assist with additional cleaning and support tasks as directed by kitchen leadership

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks including bending, reaching, and stooping
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• MUST be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
