Registered Nurse, Case Manager

Full Time Registered Nurse, Case Manager. Provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Maryville, TN. The scheduled hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. No weekends or holidays required. Workers Compensation experience strongly preferred. What You\'ll Do Assess the coordination and access to needed medical, psychiatric, social, educational, and other services essential for meeting the health needs of the individual Coordinate assessment, treatment planning, and return to work processes with employees, providers, and employer Assess and evaluate cases and prepare and implement treatment and case management plans using benchmarking to guide practices and timelines Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered Counsel clients, assisting them to identify and resolve problems and make effective use of resources Maintain collaborative working relationships with other community providers to develop specialized services as required Act as liaison between client employees, providers, and agency or institution Assist clients in finding ways of adjusting to changes in physical capabilities that will allow for a life/work style as comfortable as the situation will permit Promote quality and cost‑effective interventions and outcomes Provide consultation to staff on specific cases Prepare and maintain written case records, reports, and forms, perform case follow‑up and closure, and perform other administrative tasks as required May perform duties telephonically as well as conducting on‑site visits May require other duties as assigned What You\'ll Bring Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associate Degree (A.S.) required; Bachelor's Degree (BSN) from four‑year college or university preferred Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required Current hands‑on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
