Entry Level Oilfield Mechanical Laborers - Williston, ND Badlands Contracting, LLC. is seeking Mechanical Laborers to join their maintenance team in Williston, North Dakota. These individuals will perform a variety of manual operating and maintenance duties supporting oilfield services, including new well construction, maintenance, and roustabout work. The ideal candidates are motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team in challenging outdoor environments. Perks & Benefits Competitive wages Full-time employment Opportunities to work on a variety of oilfield construction and maintenance projects Exposure to a dynamic and safety-focused work environment What You’ll Need High School Diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of industrial/facilities construction processes Knowledge of tools, equipment, and mechanical needs (fitting pipe, hammering, wrenching, leveling, measuring, digging, cutting, and general cleaning duties) Ability to troubleshoot equipment and ensure proper operation Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment involved in roustabout work Working knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft Office, email, and timekeeping programs Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 65 pounds unassisted, and perform manual labor in inclement weather Willingness to comply with all company and safety policies, including PPE and DOT regulations What Will Make You Stand Out Valid driver’s license Minimum 1-2 years of oil and gas operations experience Experience working as a laborer, including proficiency with all types of tools and equipment Demonstrated working knowledge of DOT regulations Ability to obtain a valid Class A CDL #J-18808-Ljbffr
